Photo sharing for multi-day Indian and Punjabi weddings
An Indian or Punjabi wedding can run over several days and bring hundreds of guests from every generation. Snaptagious gives each celebration, from the mehndi and sangeet to the anand karaj and reception, its own QR code, gallery and RSVP under one wedding. Guests need no app.

One wedding, every function
Add the mehndi, sangeet, ceremony and reception as separate celebrations, each with its own QR code, gallery and RSVP (Premium and Luxe).
Hundreds of guests, no limits
Unlimited guests and photos on every plan, so a 400-person reception costs the same as a 40-person mehndi.
Easy for every generation
Guests scan a QR code and upload from their phone’s browser. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Blessings in their own voice
The audio guestbook lets guests record a spoken message, in any language, for you to play back later. It is on every wedding plan.
RSVPs with meal choices
Collect replies, headcounts and meal choices for each function on the same link as the photos.
A big screen for the dance floor
A live slideshow on the venue screen fills up as guests upload, with a framed, branded version on Luxe.
Keeping the functions apart, and the photos together
With several functions across a few days, a single shared album quickly turns into one long scroll where the mehndi, the sangeet and the ceremony are all mixed together. Celebrations fix that: each one has its own QR code, gallery and RSVP, so guests invited to only some of the days see only those, and you can find any moment in seconds.
Wedding Premium lets you add celebrations one at a time (£29 each). Wedding Luxe includes five. A plan with a single celebration is available too, if the main day is all you need. See pricing for what is in each plan and how long your photos stay online: 12 months on Basic and Premium, 2 years on Luxe.
Getting guests to scan on the day
Place the QR code where people already look: on the table cards, the programme or order of service, and a sign at the entrance of each function. Our guide to wedding QR code sign ideas and wording has examples you can copy, and the AI poster designs on every plan give you a print-ready sign.
When the celebrations are over, the gallery can become a hardcover keepsake: guests can order prints and photo books straight from it. Read how to collect photos from your wedding guests for the full picture.

Guides & tips
Indian & Punjabi weddings — questions, answered
Can each function have its own gallery and QR code?+
Yes. On Wedding Premium and Wedding Luxe each celebration, such as the mehndi, sangeet, anand karaj or reception, gets its own QR code, gallery and RSVP under one wedding. Premium adds them one at a time at £29 each (the same number in $ and €); Luxe includes five.
Do older guests need to install an app or make an account?+
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload from the browser. There is nothing to download and no account to create.
How many guests and photos can we have?+
There is no limit on guests or photos on any plan, so a large wedding costs the same as a small one.
Can guests leave a spoken blessing?+
Yes. The audio guestbook is included on every wedding plan: guests record a short voice message, in any language, and you can play them back from your dashboard.
How long do the photos stay online?+
For 12 months on Wedding Basic and Premium, and 2 years on Wedding Luxe. You can download every photo at once before the gallery expires, or add 90 days for £19.
