No. Every plan includes unlimited guests and unlimited photos and videos. Big weddings and small parties pay the same flat price for their tier — there are no per-guest fees and no storage caps to worry about.
Is it a subscription or a one-time payment?+
One-off events are a single one-time payment — there is no subscription. The only recurring option is the optional custom web address add-on, which is billed monthly and can be cancelled any time.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Event packages come with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if your guests have not started uploading, email support@snaptagious.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
What currencies can I pay in?+
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where supported — including GBP, USD, EUR, AUD, CAD and INR — and default to USD elsewhere. The price you see on the pricing page is exactly what you are charged at checkout.
Are there any hidden fees or add-ons?+
No hidden fees. Optional add-ons are clearly priced: extend a gallery for +$19, add an extra celebration occasion for +$29, or add a custom web address for $20/month. Everything your tier includes is listed on the plan.
Can I extend my gallery after it expires?+
Yes. Add a 90-day extension for $19 any time before your gallery is deleted, so your photos stay online longer. You can also download everything or order a photo book to keep the memories permanently.
What happens when my gallery expires?+
When the period included in your plan ends, the gallery and any opt-in face data are permanently deleted for privacy. Download all your photos, order prints or a photo book, or add a gallery extension before then to keep everything.
Do you offer discounts?+
Yes — event planners, venues and photographers can join our partner program for a discount code to share with clients. From time to time we also run seasonal promotions; a valid code can be applied at checkout.
