Partner programme terms

Version 2026-09-17. These are the terms you accept when you sign up, and the version you accepted is recorded against your account.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms are between you (“you”, “the partner”) and Snaptagious (“we”, “us”). They apply from the moment you accept them at signup and for as long as your partner code exists.

You join as an independent business. Nothing here makes you our employee, worker, agent or partner in the legal sense, and you have no authority to make commitments on our behalf.

2. Your code and your client’s discount

We issue you a unique discount code. Anyone who enters it at checkout gets 10% off their Snaptagious package.

The code is yours to share with clients and your own audience. It is not for resale, for listing on coupon or voucher aggregator sites, or for paid search advertising on our brand name.

3. What you earn

You earn 10% commission on the total the customer is charged for their event package, after your discount has been applied.

Commission is earned on event packages bought with your code. Add-ons, extra celebrations, gallery extensions, photo books and anything else bought later do not carry commission.

A referral is attributed to you only when your code is entered at checkout. We cannot attribute a sale you introduced if the customer did not use the code.

4. When commission is not payable

If the sale is refunded, in whole or in part, no commission is payable on it. Where commission has already been paid, we may set the amount off against your next payment or ask you to repay it.

If the person who buys is you — matched on the email address on your partner account — no commission is payable. Your code still gives the discount; the commission is withheld. We do this because the programme is self-serve, and without it the code is simply a permanent discount on your own purchases.

No commission is payable on a sale we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, or one obtained by misrepresenting what Snaptagious does.

5. How and when you get paid

We pay by bank transfer, in pounds sterling, once your unpaid commission reaches £50. Below that it rolls forward until it does. Sales in other currencies are converted at the rate on our records; your dashboard shows the converted figure, which is the figure we pay.

Payment is made within 30 days of a request, and we may hold commission on a sale until that sale is outside its refund window.

We operate self-billing: we raise the invoice on your behalf and send it to you, and you agree not to raise your own invoice for the same commission. If you are VAT-registered you must give us your VAT number so the self-bill can carry it, and you must tell us if your registration changes.

You are responsible for your own tax. Commission is your income and we do not deduct tax from it.

6. Telling people you earn a commission

If you recommend Snaptagious publicly — on social media, on your website, in a newsletter, or in a blog post — you must make it obvious that you are paid for it. A clear “#ad”, “affiliate” or “I earn a commission” label placed where someone will see it before they click is enough.

This is not optional politeness. UK advertising rules require it, and a recommendation that hides the commercial relationship puts both of us at risk.

Recommending us to a client in a private conversation is not advertising, but be straight with them if they ask.

7. Pausing or ending the programme

You can stop at any time — just stop sharing the code. Commission you have already properly earned is still payable.

We may pause or withdraw your code if these terms are broken, if the code is being used in a way we did not intend, or if we close the programme. We will tell you, and we will pay commission properly earned before that point.

We may change these terms. The version you accepted is recorded against your account, and material changes will be sent to the email address on it before they take effect.

8. Your data

We hold your name, email address, business type and website so we can run the programme, and the record of sales your code brought in. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to exercise them.

Your dashboard link is a private URL. Anyone who has it can see your referrals, so treat it like a password.

9. Limits

We do not promise any level of sales, traffic or earnings from the programme.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
